4th week of working out

I have been working out for about 4 weeks now. I never thought I would actually enjoy working out, but I find myself almost loving it! I started working out the second week of February. But to get me in to the gym was no easy task, it took lots of badgering from my sister who had joined the week before. NOTE: I have belonged to the gym for a little over a year at this point and had paid hundreds of dollars to not go! I started by doing the treadmill for about 20 minutes and the stationary bike for 10 minutes. I continued to do this for the first 5 or 6 days...then a revaluation came to me, I can't do this on my own I need help! So I walked over to a table and started looking at the "Body Bugs" for those of you who do not watch "Biggest Loser" it is something that you wear on your arm and it monitor's your activity levels. You down load info from the "Body Bug" to the Internet. While I was standing there trying to read the info on the box (no glasses with me at the gym) Ryan (the Training Manager) walked up to me and asked if I had any questions. I just said I was thinking of getting one to help me lose weight and noticed they have a new model (smaller sleeker) plus they were on sale. At that time he decided to show me what it does by walking to his desk and pulling up the website with someones info. I of course followed him and sat down....after all I just worked out for 30 minutes! While I sat and talked to him I asked if the 5 training sessions I purchased the year before were still valid...yes I bought 5 30 minute training sessions and did not use them. At that point Ryan told me no sorry they had indeed expired...sucks for me but not him. He then told me what they have to offer with training and how much it cost from 3 - 50 minutes sessions to 20-50 min sessions. All I could think is WOW that is a lot of money!! While I was sitting at Ryan's desk I got a revolution....my husband had given me $500 for my birthday and I was going to purchase a flat screen for our bedroom. Now, I needed another TV in my life like I need a whole in the head. So I decided to make a major change in my life and hire a trainer. The perk with hiring a trainer was that they had a promotion if I purchased 10 50 minute sessions I would get the Body Bug free...wow 2 things that would help me change my life in one! I signed at the dotted line and handed him my "TV" money. That my dear friends was the start of a new me. I met up with Ryan (he was the lucky one that got to be my trainer). He weighed me, measured me and talked to me about my goals, told me to keep a food diary and calorie count. I was then ready to do a work-out, but the time was over so I went to the treadmill and walked for 45 min....I was astonished that I had actually walked for 45 min, and I was still alive! Two days later (Friday) is when I met with Ryan for some real training, he had me first walk on the treadmill for about 10 minutes and then he had me do crunches, squats, stuff with free weights, and with the weight machines. I was dripping with sweat, who thought simple (ok I thought simple but they do more then you know) resistance training would make me sweat! When my son got home from school he asked when we were going to the gym, all I could think was I was already there for an hour. Well I took him and I walked the treadmill that night for 45 min. On Saturday I could barely sit on the toilet....my legs hurt so bad, and I still went to the gym and did more resistance and treadmill. I continued to go each day and each day I noticed the pain less and less. My life has changed in the last month, I work out 90 min at a minimum a day. I am up to a hour of cardio a day, plus my resistance training. I can actually say I look forward to working out each day. When I do miss a day (which has only been 3 days in the last month) I feel guilty. All one needs to do is start and continue pain, or no pain....exercising will be come a way of life.
